Peter has a background from within the sales and service industries.  He has held several leadership positions, and has owned and successfully sold his own company.

During the past 15 years Peter has worked with tier one construction companies, leading subcontractors, and several smaller multi-disciplinary construction businesses.

Peter is primarily a development coach and takes great pride in supporting individuals and business leaders towards their full potential.  He is also an honouree fellow at the institute of Sales and holds several qualifications for business development.

In his spare time Peter plays Petanca and Golf and enjoys following his beloved Manchester United whenever he can.  

Jeremy has more than 20 years’ experience providing leading training programmes to many blue-chip organisations throughout the world. Jeremy's developmental reach is wide, he is experienced at developing board level performance, and equally adept at running graduate development schemes and all levels in between.

​Jeremy is a qualified Cultural Alignment coach and licensed to deliver Hogan profile assessments. 

Before training, Jeremy worked within banking.  He rose quickly with TSB and at one point was the youngest Bank Manager within the United Kingdom. 

In his spare time Jeremy enjoys property development, learning languages and playing Golf.

Phil has an impressive sales and business development background.  He has held several leadership positions and managed large and varied teams of people throughout regions of the U.K.

Phil is a natural leader and development coach, he has many accreditations including: ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring, he is a Wiley 5 Behaviours Authorised Partner, a registered Toastmaster and an NVQ accredited leader and communicator.

​Phil is also a recognised Language and Behaviour Practitioner.

In his spare time Phil enjoys the outdoor life and loves travelling the country in his rather impressive motorhome. ​
